Just got my Sylvana amiibo card in! I could get her in and move her out for you. I am looking for Cherry. If we do trade, I'll have to pick up first as I have room to move someone in, and if I move Sylvana in, I'll lose that spot.

Please let me know if it's impossible for other people to adopt welcome amiibo card neighbors.

You can adopt Welcome Amiibo villagers but not from their rv. Only can once they're moved in then been put in boxes to move out.
