We had our pool up last year and it was great being able to swim whenever but my mom took it down after getting tired of taking care of it, I don't like public pools so the next best place is our man made lake, but only when it's not overly hot and there aren't a million people there. =[ Now what I really need is just my own private lake for just me then I'd be in heaven.

the beach! I love swimming in the ocean, but there have been some great white sharks hanging around here & there was an attack a few days ago, but I never swim out too far anyway

I used to enjoy the ocean but I'd been pulled out/under a few times and it's really terrifying so now I only dip my toes a bit at the beach. X.X

i dont know how to swim ;-;

i want to swim like a fish of the highest caliber

the only times i've gotten nervous at the ocean were:
--when big grey shapes with fins breaking the water were zooming right at me ( but they turned out to be dolphins) :blush:
--after swimming out to and cavorting for too long at sand bars, underestimating the energy needed to swim back to shore...:o

i don't know how to swim! but i wouldn't go even if i knew actually. swimming doesn't appeal to me.

the beach. i loovovovovooee the feeling of the waves so much its so relaxing. i also like swimming at private pools (like at houses or something open ones gross me out so much) but i'll always prefer the beach

All the seas near me are kinda gross tbh
we have a pool we can put up and it's fun to just go in whenever you like and mess around tbh

I don't know how to swim but I picked at my own pool even though we don't have one. We just buy the ones at Wal-mart. Lol But at least I know it's clean and I can be in the water all day and not drown.

Well when I want to swim for some exercise then I go to the public pool since they put up swimming lanes. But during the summer, if I go on holiday, I either like swimming in the sea or in the outdoor swimming pools. I don't really like going in the sea here in England though because it's all dirty so you can't see anything in it, kind of grosses me out.

I don't like swimming in water that has other living things in it xD Personal pool only.

when I was younger my brother and I would go to a lake a few hours out of seoul to go wake boarding. I would also visit my dad for a few weeks in cambodia and I'd go to the beach practically every day. now that the rest of my family relocated to cambodia (and there's a beach a few minutes walk from our house) we never really go to the beach... unless it's to walk our crazy beagle who loves it lol. I usually just dip my toes and sit in the shade and read.

this should really be multiple choice- i like swimming in anywhere but pools as i hate chlorine. last weekend we went camping- swam two laps of the lake and swam in the river a lot and in summer we go to the ocean so
also when you swim in open bodies of water you get to see things like fish and *****

and public pools have children in e.e

oh yeah i dont like swimming in the sea if its full of jellyfish at that time tho
