Streetpass keeps turning itself off?

Ever since I got new leaf, I will enable street pass for it, and then, like, a week later, it will inform me that it has turned it off.
My internet is fine, and street pass is enabled for acnl in my settings, but for some reason, it keeps doing this. This is the only game that does it, too.

Any suggestions?

Whoa, that is really odd, never heard of this before! I hope that someone knows the key to this problem for you!

Maybe Animal Crossing thinks your way to fabulous to have streetpass on

And when it's on, I can use it just fine, it just likes turning itself off : P

This happens to me too. It hasn't done it in a while, but I'm just waiting.....
All I know to do is just turn it back on before you go out. I don't know why it does this or how to fix it.

That is really weird, it is probably some glitch, and if not, I don't know what it is.

I remember that if you flick the Wi-Fi switch it turns StreetPass off or something...might've been just a baseless rumor, but that's so thing I heard awhile back.

Well people usually do that when they dupe (duplicate items)
So I guess he does that or it's just a problem?
I'm not very sure...​

My XL used to do that too, then I formatted its memory, and wham, it stopped turing itself off.

Maybe it has something to do with a setup glitch or something, but it does not seem to be too bad since you can always make sure that it is on when you go out. Or maybe you reached the maximum of games which can use Street Pass? So that some games replace each other or something?
