My contribution is unfortunately short but it's recent and therefore easier to remember: I had Hamlet come up to me and say:"I found the perfect item for you. Seeing your face reminded me that I wanted to give this to you" He then proceeded to give me a garbage can.
I'll share one or maybe even two. They are a little short, but I'll try to remember what happened. OK, so one day I went up to one of my random villagers (can't remember who) and just like what you have said, that they found the perfect item for me and they gave me a throne! I was quite surprised, as that particular item is really expensive, like 400k in retail. So it was very fun they gave that to me. ^-^
The other story is practically the same. One of my villagers gave me a super toilet and said this was the perfect item for me. I was like, "seriously?" Villagers give the weirdest items to you for free and I literally mean that.
Sorry if my stories are quite boring. That's all I can remember for right now. xD
Hmm, a recent one was when I was balloon hunting late at night and Hamphrey was the only one awake. I decided I wanted to keep him up with me so I dug holes all around his house, as I finished digging I could hear his little feet coming my way. To my surprised he came dangerously close to his house, WIELDING A SHOVEL.
Of course he couldn't fill the holes in himself, but it did give me a good laugh to think of the small chances of him coming directly after I did that, WITH A SHOVEL HIMSELF. Felt like we were at a standoff.
I was laughing so much when I read all of these stories. My story is not that funny, but here it goes. Phoebe came up and approcahched me asking if I would take an item from her. I said no, then she asks again. I then procced by saing no agian. She asks again and I finally give in and say yes. Phoebe hands me the items and says this, with theses colors"Thanks, I though that would not work for a second."
Haha! I love when they keep the requests coming?-or better yet, offer something stupid like a seashell for 1k bells and then when you say no, they?re like, ?You?ve always been a good sport, have this for free!? WHAT WAS THE POINT?
Another thing happened today though, Gigi showed up to my house unannounced, saying ?I know you?re in there... I can hear you hiding!?
After being let in, she told me she only stopped by cause she just so happened to be walking through the neighborhood. . .
JUST SO HAPPENED??? THERE?S ONLY ONE NEIGHBORHOOD IN THIS WHOLE TOWN!
