But, during the Galactic Civil War and the Rise of the Empire, 50% were clones, while the other half was made up of regular humans who were born, not grown in a canister. But, Jango clones were spread far and few of them existed.

Yes, that is true. The least we could hope for is if the stormies outranked them by a bunch. But, not very possible, seeing most people think all stormies are good for is target practice, because of the movies..
