still playing new leaf after new horizons

is anyone else super bored always when you for example google anything about new leaf and just get new horizons answers?
just googled about june's bugs and fish in new leaf and just got new horizons after new horizons after new horizons...

i've been playing new leaf since 2015 and i really want to finish both of my towns with all badges and a nice town. i love new leaf graphics and will not be giving up on it <3 just seems like new horizons is taking over everywhere

yea, i've experienced the same!! i've almost developed a hate for polygon and all those other 'journalism' websites, because they keep clogging up my acnl searches with their articles written on exactly the 20th of march -_-.

i tried googling something about the acnl campsite, and any helpful result was drowned out by the masses of acnh ;-; can't these search engines read? even when i muted the words 'horizons' and 'island' (edit: and acnh too lol), somehow, an acnh result appeared at the top??

I've made a habit of specifically typing "-horizons" in all of my ACNL searches just to spare myself the new game stuff... it usually helps but...! =o=

Omg, I hate googling something followed by ‘ACNL’ and Google tries to correct it to ‘ACNH’ :|

People on Pinterest keep tagging their new horizons screenshots with 'acnl' and now it's not as easy to find NL patterns anymore

The worst is when Google asks “Did you mean ACNH” NO I DIDN’T or when people tag their Pinterest or Tumblr posts with both #ACNH and #ACNL there are barely any ACNL posts out there and you have to dig deep to actually find them.

Yes!! I don't have a switch, but I played a bit on my friends' switches, and honestly I like the color palette of NL a lot better. NH looks awesome, but it doesn't beat New Leaf for me. Maybe I'd feel differently if I had a switch though haha. But I'm perfectly happy working on my New Leaf town! There's plenty to do.

i second the color palette part! acnh is made as realistic as a cutesy game about cartoon animals can be, but the tones don't mesh as well as in acnl in my opinion.

yeah, i think new leaf graphics are just so much cuter. new horizons just looks too... new? for me :/ graphics shouldn't be this big of a problem hahah
