Starting Thread Post Guidelines?

Hello!

I was just wondering what the board guidelines were for posting small images/headers in a beginning post (say, a cycling thread) were? I wanted to make one and to make it look nice, but I also didn't want to break any rules. The image I was hoping to use was going to be about 700x100px.

If I recall correctly, there are no rules for images of that size in a thread.
