Someone help me hold some items?

I need to transfer some items from Tenshi to Starpass. I need to drop off some stuff at someone's town with my mayor from Tenshi, then come back to that town as my mayor of Starpass.

I'd like whoever to hold the items to have at least 5 positive wifi ratings (no negative) and a clear void. I can tip if necessary, but nothing outrageous. Thanks!
