[SOLVED] Items ordered from RV aren't being delivered

I recently picked New Leaf back up, and figured I'd order some Sanrio items. I've cleared out my mailbox, multiple times, but nothing is coming in!
I also can't order from the T&T catalogue, as it says the post office's distribution center has exceeded its capabilities.

What should I do?
