i feel like bar soap is probably more natural and somehow better for ur skin but i use body wash because bar soap just goes all slimy bc i'm too lazy not to leave it in the shower

Body wash and liquid hand soap for me! I like the variety of scents. Also, I didn't notice that soap made my skin feel clampy after rinsing it off until after I made the switch to its liquid form.
I never realized so many people thought bars of soap were gross lol. :'(
I have extreme eczema and every type of body wash I've used has caused my skin to react badly, so I've only been using soap for the past 3 years.
I use either natural soap or soaps without fragrance because otherwise I will get super itchy after I shower.
As long as you take extra care of it, bars of soap really aren't as bad as everyone thinks? My bf and I both have our own and we set them on a soap drying rack so they're not sitting in a puddle of water every night after we shower.
Definitely body wash.
My two favorite ones at the moment:
Trader Joe's Formula No.3 "All for One, One for All" Shampoo Conditioner & Body Wash
Dove Deep Moisture Body Wash
Both are 10/10 imho. Excellent quality, especially considering the price!
Waaaaaaaay better than some other $25+ pricey ones.
Soap!!! It's way better for the environment. Though tbh my family have always used soap so I'm used to it.
(although I do like a body wash/shower gel occasionally from Lush)
Don't think I've used a bar of soap for anything other than handwashing in public toilets and now that I think about it it's kinda gross that public toilets have ever even used them. xD
Edit: oh my god hold the phone. My brain got mixed up and thought that my friends' houses were public toilets. My bad. I've used them at friends' houses. Damn.
