two groups of my villagers having conversations right next to each other at the same time

and after it they were all happy and whistling

too bad I completely forgot to take a pic though...

has this happened to anyone else?

yeah it happens once in awhile when they talk to each other. you can actually join the conversation if you catch it at the right time.

I think the OP meant that four villagers were in pairs, and the pairs were in a conversation right next to each other. Then, they went into a chorus xD

I've never had that happen to me, it seems really cool though! I'd probably miss one of them though.

yeah, not just 2 talking but 2 groups of 2

so 4 villagers

I've seen a single group of 2 talking on occasion, but never this... honestly surprised me

Ahh that sounds very lucky to happen upon!

It seems so rare to see even just 2 talking to one another in my town! I remember in WW they just had to walk past/near each to then start a conversation, whereas in NL they're busy walking into each other and not a peep!

I rarely catch two villagers talking to each other, but I will see them either happy or sad afterwards. I wish you could ask them what had happened so you knew what it was you had missed!

I've had this happen a few times. Sometimes everyone walks away happy. Other times one group is happy and the other is sad or angry.
