No, there are no toilets in Sakura. I did make a spa room, but it's more for relaxation than a functional bathroom. Your bathroom does look nice, though.

I have two bathrooms in Astoria! One in my Mayor's house, one in a side character's house. With both houses, I wanted to make them like real homes with natural rooms for a house. My Mayor's house is pastel-themed, the other character's is dark/rustic.

After creating these two bathrooms in Animal Crossing, it occurred to me how few bathroom pieces there are (I believe the bathroom sink I used in both bathrooms is one of the few in the game). xD

You guys are very creative with your bathrooms. 
I tried at first, but like doodle commented on the fact their are so few bathroom items, and that it took me forever to get the whirlpool, it kinda took a back seat (no pun intended) to other projects, and then I just never came back to it, but looking at your bathrooms has given me incentive to try to add one now, thank you.

I made a little fairy garden spa thing in one of my rooms, and it has a toilet, tub, dressers, and bunches of lifhts.
