Snapchat help!!

Whenever I try to snap a friend of mine it says

"-username- could not recieve your snap" and with the little red ! next to it

I don't think he deleted me since we talk pretty often and we never had an argumnet... is it just a bug, if so... Will it fix itself, I need help! Urgent!

Not really.

This can happen due to two reasons, as far as I know:

1) The other person removed you, or blocked you. This seems likely, because this is pretty much the only reason it happens besides internet problems.

2) Your internet is being a *****. Which seems unlikely, since it seems you can use your internet.
