@thread: i think they're cute. in 2nd grade student teacher bought them into class and one of them bubbled and we called it bubbles. i dont like slugs though

When I was younger me and my friend would pluck them off this big tree in her backyard and make leaf houses for them. We would give them names and play with them like they were Polly Pockets or something, lol. Pretty weird now that I'm thinking about it.

Haha that is so cute. You just gave me a great idea actually, because there's this little snail colony in my yard and I love going back there to hang out with them. Once when I was doing some gardening I found a baby one nestling in one of my lettuces. I brought it indoors for awhile and let it chill on my hand while I watched Netflix but then it shat 32754 times and withdrew into its shell after a few minutes lolol

I also like slugs as well, especially Sea slugs ((nudibranch))

Those colours holy crap. The chromodoris hintuanensis one is out of this world. I didn't know sea slugs were so beautiful.

Nudibranchs are amazing. Apart from the fact that anyone who doesn't know what they are just laughs at the name. I have some photos somewhere of some that I found whilst diving in Egypt, mostly from the genus Chromodoris (see, even the scientific names are fun!).

Dude if it's not too much trouble, could you upload them? Would love to see more of these guys, and I remember being really impressed by your photography skills in the fish thread.

they don't bother me but I just don't think they are cute
