I think most tournaments have not banned it.

Personally, I hate Final Destination because of that reason, lol. Did it have the light in Brawl, as well or was that just added? I used to play FD in Brawl all the time, and I don't remember it having bright lights.

I'm not gonna ban it, but if you and your opponent agree not to use it, then yeah that's fine ovo~
