The past couple of days, I've been seeing threads about showing off other rooms/exterior of island homes but haven't seen one for the basement.
(unless I somehow missed the post if it already exists?)

Please share photos of what your basements looks like! I'm super curious to know~! I'll start off with mine!

mine’s nothing special - i tried to base it off of my island so i included peach (my native fruit) furniture, lots of pink since my island has a lot of pink in its design and i added the posters of my first 10 villagers owo. it’s still a wip but i think it’s kinda cute c’:

amazing use of the café-curtains wall! i went through so much trouble to get one myself but ultimately..stored it away bc i couldn't decide on matching furniture with it lol.

Peaches are also my native fruit lol! Thank you! I love your room. I have a zodiac furniture rooms but I'm not sure what else to add.

For now, my diys are being homed here, along with the posters I have for the moment because otherwise they take up too much space in my storage ;-;

so many cool ideas in this thread! it was so hard deciding what to do with the basement since it's one of the larger rooms in the house (nintendo whyyy do we have small side rooms?) i ended up going with a combo movie theater/arcade idea!

In my headcanons, my character lives with the Able sisters, so I made a room for all the cozy time they can spend together :3
I wanted it to feel nice and warm. There's room for beds on the floor because that's more fun when sleeping together, and there's room for working/creating on the other side! And, if you hadn't noticed, I used Sable's patterns for every item I customized :)
Label only has a poster because she's visiting a lot of places all the time, but there's room for one more bed so she can have one when she stays overnight!
Oh, and Welcome Horizons is playing, because I just love it, it has the same feel I wanted the room to have and I can listen to it for hours straight!

The moth pattern is still a wip — if it wasn't obvious, it represents me since my name is Moth. And the room is always up for improvement, but here's what it looks like at the moment!

I am a big fan of the Able sisters! I like how you interpreted their room this way. It looks cozy to me alright!

That's me sometimes honestly. I'm happy with most of my rooms aside from the upstairs one so I still need to change it anyways lol.
