Ok, so I'm a complete beginner when it comes to writing a story but I'll give it a shot. My IGN is Holly. Oh, before I forget Eievui.
As soon as the sun sets at twilight my tail begins to twitch. It's that time again, time to awaken and embrace the darkness as I first did so many years ago. It has become one with me this darkness. I am darkness and darkness is me. What frustrates me the most is how every living being automatically associates darkness with evil, this is not always true. I may be one of great darkness, but my darkness is of good and good alone. I use my glowing rings to light the way on nights when the silver moonlight is sparse. I watch closely every night to make sure each slumbering being is at peace. If there is ever any trouble I summon my dark powers from within to cleanse away any lingering evil. My tail gives a quick second twitch and before I know it dawn is upon me again. I quietly slink away to my hidden hallow before I am spotted by any beings of the daylight. One sight of my sleek black body and rings would send these beings scrambling away in fear. I am not one they need to fear, but I know not how to make them understand. I will continue to be their guardian from evil despite this misunderstanding. My job is never ending, but I am proud to have a major purpose in this life. May the beings of daylight never have to fear evil nightmares ever again.
