i am evaluating what shampoo to use. do any of you guys use a certain kind of shampoo? does it work? what were the results?

Umm... Just shower everyday? You know... like most normal people.

and then use treseme conditioner, makes your hair silky smooth. =]
but uhm dont get any 2 in 1 conditioners cause those arent good.
