I'll sell a whole bunch of random stuff, available for delivery or pickup. I'll post the random stuff I'll sell in the comments. I can trade for TBT or IGB. I'm fairly new at this, so could anyone tell me a conversion rate between the two currencies?

The conversion rate only really works when trading IGB for TBT, that is normally 20mil igb for 100tbt. It does work differently for items and things though, people might pay 10tbt for something but wouldn't be as willing to part with a couple of million for it. It really depends on what you're selling. If you look on the retail section you can get a better idea of what things sell for in tbt
