serious bush start issue, pleeeease someone explain why this is happening.

i am absolitely baffled, please can someone explain to me why it is not growiiiiiiing.

the two lines of bushes are both 12 bushes long and the one on the left is perfectly fine.

I believe you have too many planted at once. It's better if you plant them one at a time. Dig out the bushes below the wilted one and replant them one day at a time.

It is smothered by the bush below it. You have to remove all bushes below it and plant them one day at a time.

From what I've learned, you may have too many bushes/trees already in the acre. Usually they grow depending on how many is in an acre/area of the town, and if there are too many in that acre/area, they die. That's based off of what happened to me in both of my towns multiple times.
