School Lunch

How is/was your school lunches? The lunches at my school is cheap garbage that shouldn't even be considered food.

Our food is usually worse than animal fodder when it comes to quality.

Mine are supposedly "healthy", but with vegetables that over boiled it's impossible to gain any nutrition from it.

Argh. Don't remind me of school, it's my holiday.

olol I don't think I've ever bought school lunch. I bring one from home.

Garbage. It used to be decent but we just had cuts at the beginning of the school year.
I mean damn, there used to be Twixes, but no more...

Hmmm... Let's see how my school lunches did stack up compared to elsewhere.

With a price of 5$* (24$ if you buy a card for 5 dinners), I basically get what I pay for. Most of these foods range from average to good. At least, they're still making hot dogs, "submarines" and chicken burgers. The school was supposed to ban everything fast-food inside the school, but it didn't occured in my case. They used to have french fries in my past high school years. Now, they took it out. And it caused most of the students to go in any closer restaurent. I believe some students are on a tight budget, so they wouldn't afford a better quality of food. If they do so, it would be inevitably pricier than what it's actually offering.

I never bring my home lunch.

My school lunch isn't that bad... It's just, every meal you can buy is chicken. Don't get me wrong, I love chicken... but having it everyday is just stupid.

At least we have open campus at my high school. =P

Not going to lie, the french fries at my school are crispy and delicious. Everything else is average, but I bring my lunch from home because I know eating french fries everyday is not healthy haha
