SAI won't open (AGAIN) :( - SOLVED

All of a sudden SAI won't open for me :/
When I click on it, it loads but then either dings and nothing pops up, or it just does nothing at all.
I have some Pokemon GO designs to finish, and an art commission, idk what to do D:
If this has happened to anyone, please let me know how you fixed it!
I've tried restarting my laptop, and even followed this guide but still doesn't work.

I don't have any others except Paint xD
I could possibly try one though, just hope it's not too weird to get used to lol

I did, still didn't work
This happened before but I don't remember what fixed it, though I feel like it just randomly decided to again.

It not opening wouldn't matter from what driver I downloaded, right? I tried downloading a new one since the one I had been kept killing my tablet drivers a lot. Once I downloaded it and tried opening SAI it didn't work.

if the program doesn't open at all, it's definitely not the tablet driver's fault;;
not sure how to fix it then :c !! suggestions are to restart your computer / do a cleanup of it but that won't guarantee that sai will open again //orz​

It works now ^^
I just did a system recovery to make sure it wasn't something I recently downloaded or got rid of (but apparently that was the case :0 )
