Sadness vs Anger

Do you prefer to be sad over angery, or the other way around? I'm kinda on the anger side because I stay angery for short amounts of time

Anger is a way to express sadness, so I'd go for anger. As long as you express it appropriately, it's not really a bad thing.

Anger. Sometimes you can look back and be like 'ah ha, why was i that mad' in a comical sense. Sadness is a different story :c
