Don't know who Rover is, but they seem to have "special privileges", namely making groups and Bear has the second or third highest amount of bells on the forum. Who be these men?

Rover is an alt account used by Jeremy for viewing the forum from a user view. Bear in the past I believe was also an alt account.

Bear is probably that dude from Man vs. Wild. I think.
