Rosie won't take off her shirt.

So I've been trying to get all of my villagers into cuter outfits. Right now Rosie is wearing a dazed tee and I'd like for her to wear the pink parka. I did the "trick" (mailing five of the same shirt to your villager) with Quillson and Curly, and with both of them they were wearing their new outfits the next day. But it doesn't matter how many pink parkas I mail to Rosie, she refuses to put it on. I know my friendship with her is pretty good (she'll mail me fruit, waves when I call her with the megaphone, and even mailed me a throne!), but she won't wear my parka She put one on display in her house, so I know she's receiving them. What gives?

Sigh...I guess I'll just keep mailing her shirts. It's so annoying, why can't she be like the others and just cooperate?

Yeah,Mitzi refused to change out of the detective outfit she got from Zucker so I just kept sending her more shirts until she changed.I think I sent her about nine or ten shirts.
