Reviewing Pucchin! Stay tuned :3

EDIT:

Ok first impression; I feel like I stepped into a secret little world. Loved the patterns around the town tree. So cute! The way you spaced everything is lovely, I'm so OCD that it bothers me when things don't follow a pattern or a preset method. This tamed my inner OCD monster and soothed it with loveliness and organization. I can tell you put in a lot of thought and time into your paths and how you would present your trees/flowers. Beautiful!

Really amazed at how you managed to organize everyone's houses so neatly. I'm still struggling to find a good system myself. That had to be one of my favorite features of your town; how beautifully you organized all the villager homes. Brilliant!

As a foodie and fellow sweets/fairytale mayor I LOVED your flag. Made me hungry and I wished my mayor had a coffee to sip and relax while strolling around your town.

I was a little confused at the decor around your campsite. It was directly in front of a bench and path. Kinda took away the camp-like feel to it. Another thing I see a tons of little nooks and crannies of the same bench and fountain and after awhile it got a little repetitive. Although I have to say each little corner was quite lovely to walk through.

The beach was really nicely set up. Reminded me of a resort. Loved strolling around.

Now for the houses; I walked past your mayor's house because I wanted to check out the villager homes and your side character's house. Loved the way you organized that house to look like a super posh little afternoon tea house/bakery. Lovely! I adored it and poked around for awhile before heading out!

Your mayor's house confused me at first since the first room is school-themed and didn't match with your town. But as I visited every room, you know what popped to mind? The film, A Little Princess. I have no idea if this is what you were going for me thinking about it helped me see how it matched with your town. If you haven't, I recommend watching the movie, the schoolhouse in it reminds me of your mayor's house. Even has the birthday room to mirror the birthday scene.

Conclusion: Probably one of the nicest towns I have ever seen. Some repetition which as I said got a little boring but still very well thought out and put together. Loved your villagers too. I myself am going for a sweets/fairytale town though its still heavily a WIP. So I really loved seeing a similar themed town completed. Another critique I wanna add is that I didn't understand the lack of bridges. Its cute but you can add one more without it taking away the loveliness of your town. (fun fact: Merengue kept following me around the whole time....)

9/10 - only because of the little things I mentioned. I really loved walking through your town. Definitely going to visit again.

I took lots of cute pics and once I figure out how to post them, I'll add them in!

My own town is still a WIP. Still cycling out out some villagers/trying to unlock pwps (my villagers are stubbornly refusing to suggest projects I want). Still need to upgrade my train station. Also I want to note that some empty spaces are planned for dreamies or pwps. But I would like some feedback on how I'm doing so far. Thanks in advance! :3

Aww thanks for the visit <3 I had a lot of repetition because I had not much pwps lol but I might replace some of them ,thanks again

review of utopia! ((i think? please let me know if i'm supposed to review pucchin!))
when i first wake up, i'm actually really hungry haha, i love all of the cookie patterns! the area from the plaza to your mayor's house is super nice, everything works really well. your mayor's house is really nice- i think that in the left room you could remove the screen, i don't see it serving any purpose, but i love the left room, it's really creative and cute! i absolutely love the patterns you used in your right room for the alpine series! idk if the lovely kitchen works wonderfully, but i can't think of any other kitchens in the game that would work well. i also like how the room is smaller instead of fully expanded- it adds to the coziness! the office room is really cool as well, i would suggest changing the pink lily to a white lily and rotating the classic chair if possible. i love how you put the villager pictures in the back, it's kinda like how people put picture of their loved ones in the office! also, the mannequin in the back is a really nice touch~ the top room is probably my favorite, i love the princess theme in itself but the touches you added made it even cooler, like the white piano and the bird cage, which i found super relaxing and a cool alternative to music! i found the ice room rather normal, maybe try incorporating other themes with it like you did with the other rooms? i would also suggest expanding the room. overall, i really love the mayor's house- most of the rooms have personal touches and are really creative. i love your paths, they're super cute! near the face stand thing, i think i'd prefer trees rather than stumps, but i'm guessing that it looks better that way or else you wouldn't have cut them all XD i would personally put the wisteria trellis somewhere so that it'd be more of a walkway than just put plainly and not a part of the player's walk throughout the town. i'm not a huge fan of the cluster of bushes near the town hall, but i love the statue fountain area and the flowers surrounding it! i also like how you have every fruit in your town and they're all prominently shown throughout. i visited jamie's house as well and while i won't go in depth again, my favorite room is the kitchen! i love the two perfect apple trees in front of fauna's house, they seem to tie in so well with the house exterior. i like how the bamboo is incorporated and all of the flowers inbetween, but i think that a path leading to the campsite would be nice and i personally would change the jacob's ladders. i also don't know how well the tire toy pwp fits in and i would personally change the sandbox to the flower one if you have it! i like the town layout- everything's well distributed and the rows of three houses are especially nice. tbh, idk why you would call your town a WIP haha, it looks absolutely perfect besides the two empty spaces, and in case you couldn't tell i really like your town! i would highly recommend it to anyone, oh and my favorite part of the town is the lighthouse area! if you'd like my opinion of anything else, please let me know~

DA is in signature, please know that my town is a big WIP, i'm still trying to find out where i want to go XD i'd like opinions on my hammock area, i know that i need to move everything one spot, but i'd like to know what you think of where it's going! also it'd be cool to hear where you think my town should go, and i wouldn't visit the houses, to put it plainly they're a mess. thanks in advance!

I couldn't resist visiting after seeing you had a Harry Potter themed town, it was great!
Loved the eerie atmosphere with the dead trees and path leading to the school uniform. I enjoyed Hermione's house, especially the room upstairs with everyone lined up to take on the bogart, well done!
You Mii dressed as Voleemort gave me a fright, was not expecting that haha
The Riddle graveyard room was very well put together with all the Death Eaters and I loved the hospital wing, each room was instantly recognisable from the books! The pumpkins outside Hagrid's little hut was a nice touch as was the kennel inside for Fang and the basket of dragon eggs.
Your Hogwarts castle was well designed, Dumbledore in the great hall and the pensieve in his office were well thought out.
Very impressive, I will definitely be back for another visit!

Today, I dreamed a dream of the town of Martock.
(Note, the given dream address was invalid but I managed to find the town through searching town names, just a heads up!)
My first impression was that the town had not finished as I saw a PWP was still under construction.
First off, I really like the flower placement, it makes everything feel very compact and adds a cozy feeling in every spot. However, the arrangements of the actual flowers themselves leaves something to be desired as I had noticed all the flowers were arranged randomly. Randomly placed flowers can look good but for this town, I think it'd look better with a bit of planned gardening.
The placements of PWPs were very well done, I especially really like the placements for the Lighthouse and Hot spring.

I can't place my finger on it but for some reason, I really like the path encircling the lighthouse~ ♪ It just looks so nice!

Though the placement and idea of the hot spring is there, I don't see how it fits with the rest of the town. I really do love how it's right next to the waterfall though. Makes it look twice as nice! I'd recommend shrouding the area around it with more bamboo or bushes though, it'd make it feel more secluded and private as how they're supposed to be.

Possibly, one of my favorite areas of your town. I really like the placement of the arches in the background and the bench in the foreground, makes it feel really nice~ though the area behind the arches is rather empty and I feel that the arches should be leading into something rather than lead into each other. That's pretty much my only quirk with it. Otherwise, great job!
eea48c46a3.JPG

I noticed how there's a house that's placed between this path and a path that connects in the back of it. I assume this is another nefarious house placement situation so I'd urge you to get this villager out so that it looks correct. However, If this was put on purpose (which some people actually do) I don't know why and I don't see the appeal except for a backyard door path thing? Loving the paths by the way, very nicely chosen

Hnnnnng.. My only weakness in towns is long lines of bushes such as these and I noticed that this isn't the only strand of shrubs in the town, I can see how people like to use these bushes as fences but to be honest, I feel like they're rather stale and boring as it's simply a line of bushes. They stick out like a sour thumb in my opinion and I usually separate my bushes with 1-2 spaces inbetween each and plant flowers/trees inbetween. Looks alot nicer in my opinion!

So far, that's all I've got to say for this lovely town. I can see it's very likely still in construction but as it is right now, It's already really great! My only few gripes are the flower arrangements and long lines of bushes ;v;
Hopefully, this town will bloom even greater in the future~! ♪

• My Dream Address is in my sig but just in case, here it is: 5000-5241-0999

Town of Bellocan.

Those paths are absolutely gorgeous. The stair pattern looks great too.I really like the mix of yellow, pink, and white flowers. They go well with the path and cherry blossoms. The area around the windmill is beautiful.I could spend all day there.Cute town flag. The mix of red, blue and yellow flowers also look great. They match the climbing structure and toy tire.

Vinyl's house- Wow, nice job on the main room. You really have a knack at mixing colors. You did the same with the upstairs too. Nice job.Cute kitchen on the right.

Oberron's house- Cute character. I love how her clothes and hair match the house exterior. The inside of the house all seem to match too. Nice job.

Darryn's house- I like all the different patterns you have in the main room. Back room is very lovely. The basement is very cool. I love what you did with the polka dot pieces. Nice colors in the right room.

Overall. Your town is beautiful.Matching the flowers, exteriors, characters, etc was very clever. Your town is unique and creative. I can tell that a lot of work has gone into it. I'll be visiting again.
