Resident birthdays?

When Isabelle asks any non-mayor resident about their birthday, what do you do? Do you give them all the same birthday? Do you pick numbers at random like a human number generator? Do you use dates for real events or other things? I was going to give a character a birthday on April 23rd, because bluebells are rumored to bloom on that date and she likes blue. But then again I was also thinking of some random date.

with some characters i feel like certain dates just...idk, just suit them and i'll go with that. probably doesnt make any sense but it makes sense to me, i guess

i just do the same as my mayor because its set as the defualt

I like to put my half birthday.

I usually use my own birthday for my mayor, and for my side characters it depends. Sometimes I just use my birthday, other times I use the birthday of whoever the character is designed after (family members, friends, already established characters), but other times I make up a completely new character and decide a birthday I feel fits their personality.

Usually I would just put my real birthday, January 29th. But I thought of doing April 7th or around there (because of the cherry trees blooming then.)

I put their birthdays on times of the year that I like in the game. One of my side character's birthday is on February 25th because that's the day the snow melts away and the trees are green. My other side character's birthday is on November 27th (IIRC?) because I like the brown trees and it starts snowing around the time.

For my main town, the birthdays are mine (for Mayor Athelwyn), my dad's, my cousin's, and my significant other's. My mom has a town, so I didn't give anyone her birthday.

For my "Labyrinth" town of Goblin, the birthdays are David Bowie's (for Mayor Jareth), Jennifer Connelly's (for Sarah), Toby Froud's (for Toby's), and Brian Henson's (for Hoggle).

For my "American Horror Story" town of AHS, the birthdays are Jessica Lange's (for Mayor Fiona), Sarah Paulson's (for Lana), Taissa Farmiga's (for Violet), and Naomi Grossman's (for Pepper).

My mayor has my birthday and I gave my second character 2/13 because he is Xigbar and that is his Organization XIII's rank. I also like that is isn't near my regular birthday so I can get a birthday party twice in a year.

i just put in a random date. i don't care that much about birthdays so eh

I - for now - have only one side character and I'm pretty sure I set her birthday on my name day (I only use her when I need to relay the patches so I don't really remember )
