How can I remove a player in animal crossing when I accidentally removed the player that I want to remove in animal crossing’s switch account ?

Assuming you're talking about having a 2nd user on the same account. You must go to the loading screen and press minus on the controller. Then you should see Tom Nook speaking to you and he can help you with deleting a character off of the island. It has to be a normal Resident and not your other character who is the Resident Representative.

To remove a resident from the game, the Switch account connected to it should still be available.

In case you have deleted the Switch account, just create a new one using the same name of the deleted one. After that, open the game using the new account. On the title screen, press '-' (minus) on the controller while on the title screen to talk to Tom Nook.

As mentioned above, Island Reps cannot be removed from the game.
