Thank you! I do my best to price things very low so Its a win win for both sides. I dont mind losing out on a few hundred bells. I would rather sell things quickly than to have to wait a few weeks.

That's always a good strategy. I wish more people would realize that... you gotta go with "market" conditions, lol. (Which is also why when people say the "Guide" controls prices, they're wrong. People always buy and sell at the price they can bare.)
