Thank you! I do my best to price things very low so Its a win win for both sides. I dont mind losing out on a few hundred bells. I would rather sell things quickly than to have to wait a few weeks.

That's always a good strategy. I wish more people would realize that... you gotta go with "market" conditions, lol.
