Read receipt question

Hi, how do you 'request a read receipt'?
When other users give me wifi feedback, a popup appears saying that they have requested a read receipt. However, when I give wifi feedback to others, I can't see any option to request a read receipt! Is it automatic? The answer is probably right in front of my eyes lol

It's automatic, at least to my knowledge.

They're automatic on wifi feedback pms but in regular pms I believe there is an option at the bottom
