No. Raymond is top of the hill. No one is giving him up if they get him, everyone wants him. I have seen a number of Audie's go up. She is high demand, BUT nowhere near Raymond. This is the first Raymond I have seen go up. There might be others, but I dug for a while and only found looking for threads.

No im wondering how anyone could have enough legitimate miles to get 300 tickets in 11 days. I huess its theoretically possible if you play non stop but even then... wow

I honestly don't know. Time traveling doesn't help you with nook miles. I've been grinding them out like crazy and if I never spent any could buy 50-60 tickets.

I never try it, but apparently it needed to be an item you could place on a table and rotate it.

I don't think it worked with the tickets. I could be wrong, but you couldn't "place" the ticket you have to drop it, so i think it only worked with placed items, but again, I'm not totally sure

I've seen some on etsy, im not judging in any way, everyone can do whatever they want with their money, but it is almost $40 for a villager, almost a full game. I'm just amazed.
