1) Raymond is a dreamie because I have always loved cats, and all of the cat villagers. However raymond looks like my cat, Luigi and it just melts my heart!

I was another person who didn't originally buy into the hype but I saw him a few times and it just clicked. I lost my furbaby almost a year ago in May-- my childhood cat Coco and I always joked that he'd be a smug villager. He was such a charmer but always had a glare. There's something about Raymond's design that reminds me a lot of my baby. I'm not sure what it is. Thank you for the opportunity <3
I really love Chrissy honestly <3 Her colours are so cool and stunning. I think I had her once back in City Folk but I haven't encountered her much outside. I always kind of head cannoned that she was a human in a bunny suit hehe

1-I love Raymond , the fact about his eyes its amazing because its super unique , his design and his colors are great and keeps alive the design , i love him to becuase he reminds me to the cats of my cousin and i would die to have a cat in my life but my Mom doesnt like them soo i cant get one.
2- Talking about the new villagers , why no one talks about Cyd ? He is to coolest looking elephant and i would love to have him , and please tell me that im not the only one that thinks that Chrissy and Francine are pop stars. Fun fact : Lali its the name in spanish of chrissy and a like that name because it remind me of a Singer from Argentina , that adds more to the Pop Stars Theory

1) I think Raymond is really cool looking and I love cat villagers! I think he'd make a great addition to my town. Also, I really like how his eyes are two different colors.

1. I love his eyes and his whole look! My island dreamies are a lot of wolves and cats so he would fit in well with my other villagers. I’m a huge cat lover. I love the fact that he will wear a maid outfit if you give him one too!

I like Raymond because he looks a lot like my real cat, aside from his different coloured eyes (which I also think are really cool). If given a chance, I’d like to make a cat village and he‘d be the perfect pick for smug cat!
Out of all I like Francine best, she’s been an original in my new leaf village and my fave snooty villager~

He reminds me of my cat Cleo, almost the same colors and bored look lol. She was sadly taken away from me years ago when I had to move in with my grandparents. When they revealed Raymond, I saw Cleo <3

i've adored raymond since we first got those low quality images that showed off all the new villagers lol.
i have a soft spot for cats, i really like heterochromia (it just looks so cool!), i love the black/grey coloring of his fur (it's so clean and nice!), and his business cat aesthetic is sooo adorable. his little blonde tuft of hair is so cute too!! his sweet little fangs are wonderful, and i'm just waiting for the day when he arrives at my island so i can shower him with gifts and dress him up in the cutest outfits (i may be a little obsessed lol). plus, smug is kind of a favorite personality of mine, all of my favorites tend to be smug...

I would love to have Raymond join my town, even if I don't get him today. He just reminds me of a stereotypical cat, snooty, and only allows you to give him attention when HE wants it. He interesting, but I have no idea why everyone is so obsessed with him, besides the fact that he is very hecking cute.

I would love to have him in my town, I haven't had a whole lot of luck with getting my dreamies so far and it's definitely most difficult to get Raymond. Good luck to everyone! Francine and Chrissy together is to die for. I have them in pocket camp and they are adorable!!
New to AC, did some research and have my eyes locked on Raymond day 1!! Mainly because he looks super adorable and I love cats! I have the cutest pet duo and have Raymond's new area ready xD!
Still new so I cannot comment on other villagers, I Francine and Chrissy are cute, hope I can come across them on random islands

I never quite understood the hype behind Marshal, but with Raymond I totally get it. I love his business aesthetic, he has a very similar fashion taste to my character, and his heterochromia just makes him all the more charming. I'm a huge cat lover, and Raymond reminds me of one of my childhood cats, an odd-eyed white cat called Ringo. I have several other cats in my island, including Mitzi, Bob and Olivia and I'd love to add Raymond to the family. :]
I recently met Cyd at the island. While he's not my favourite new villager, he seems pretty cool.

1.This is such an awesome initiative! Kudos to you for doing this, considering the crazy amount of NMT/bells/items you could get for him.
I'm trying to get as many villagers that portray part of my personality. I have Julian on my island for example. I'm part of the LGBT community, so I absolutely love him. I'm also thinking of trying to get Raddle since I'm a doctor myself.
Raymond is kinda nerdy but also somewhat of a hipster and I definitely identify wih that (whether that's a good thing or not
).
Animal Crossing has been such a nice getaway from the hectic stuff that's been going on in the world and I would love to customise my island to my own liking just a little bit more!

To be honest, at first I said i really didn't want him or i wouldn't look for him after I saw how popular he is. I think i was in denial on how much I liked him because i knew how bad my luck is when it comes to this type of RNG game and it's TRUE!
After i started to look for him on island i have spent almost 300 tickets in one day to look for him because I know how high his price goes in bidding and i can never afford him.
I think the reason why i got so attached on getting him is because he reminds me of the cat I had for a while which i didn't get to keep when i was younger because my mother didn't like him. They both have the same smug attitude and really sophisticated feel. He's name is Alpha and I think they're both really beautiful.
My reason isn't really that deep but I'd really love to have him in my island! I'm so looking forward on talking to him everyday and being friends with him!
For the other villagers, I've seen Cyd, Chrissy and Francine while doing those trips on NMT islands to find Raymond and think they were cool/cute i feel but leaving them there but i only have one spot left in my island and that's for Raymond.
