Sloppy items are being sold all the time though, not sure if I've seen the ABD.

That's why I said naturally...or in terms of people who don't actually use online forums for ACNL which I know quite a few who don't.

Korean items, in my opinion have been the hardest to track down. The one item I had the hardest time collecting was Newsprint Hats.

Sloppy/cardboard set and tricky pitfalls, you'll need some luck to get them naturally. So far, I only got 1 sloppy and 1 cardboard(both from Chief on Re-Tail).
Unorderable foreign DLCs are considerably rare too, compared to unorderable holiday items that can be gotten quite easily because you can just TT to that day(the problem is getting the copy).

I'd assume either this or a bunch of other items programmed into the game not released yet. Pretty sure data mining isn't a thing yet in ACNL (well, isn't a think for 3DS games/3DS at all, only happened with Pokemon because the one guy who has an exploit was the one who released it) so we can't even know about them, unless that Powersave thing works on this too like it does on Pokemon.
