I'm trying to get my town towards a perfect town, and I noticed you have to have 110 trees. I wanted to ask; does bamboo or bushes count towards your trees as well? And also, when they say 'illuminated' projects are bad, do they mean just like the illuminated heart/clock/archway or any pwp that lights up?

I would assume anything that lights up though I'm not 100% sure on that! The more industrial PWP count against you so that does include the illuminated projects and projects such as the trashcan, tire toy, picnic blanket, traffic signal, and tower =3

I don't know where you read that O_O I only have 104 trees in my town, including Bamboo and Stumps.

I'm pretty sure bushes don't count as trees, not sure about bamboo. There's no certain number of trees you need though, you just need a balance between nature and PWPs. The more projects you have, the more trees you need. The "illuminated" projects do count against you, as well as probably a few others that "light up" but definitely not all of them, ie street lamps are fine. I refer to this guide for how specific projects affect your rating:

Although just because a project is "bad" doesn't mean you can't get a perfect town with it, you just need to balance them out with more "good" ones.
