Quick question about plot resetting

I'm plot resetting Marina today as my 9th villager. Once she plots in a decent area and I load up my mayor, her plot will be saved. Would I then be able to invite someone else and they show up after Marina's moved in or would she be overwritten?

I'm almost certain once her plot is set, I can invite a new villager in as she'll have finished moving in the next day.

Should be fine - it would only be overwritten if 1. You only had space for 1 more villager, and 2. the plot hadn't show up yet.

Yeah, once your game has been saved when Marina's plot is there, I don't think she would be going anywhere
