Hey everyone,

So I'm getting amiibo cards soon, but I had a few questions.

1. If I scan an amiibo, do they immediately show up as campers or do they show up the next day?
2. When asking them to move into my island, do I choose who gets to move?
3. When they decide to move, do I have to wait 2 days for them to move in?
4. Say I want to scan a villager and have them camp there as an "11th" villager but without having them move in, is that possible?

Thanks

1. Immediately
2. If you've got 10 villagers already, yes.
3. Yes.
4. They'll be there for the day, then you'll have to reinvite the next day. They don't ever leave the tent, though.

1. They immediately show up as campers
.
2. Yes, you will get to pick who gets kicked out IF you have a full 10 villager island. If it is not ful, the villager will take the slot. If you havent made the 10th plot, you will now have to make it.

3. They will immediately put the before villager into boxes. I assume the next day they will now be unpacking with their own home exterior now. I'm not 100% sure on this one. Sorry.

4. I mean technically you can scan them in every day? It will always be the camping tent. The dialog is going to be very repetitive and no camper games. (at least none of mine has done the camper games)

1. Immediately
2. Yes, but you have to invite the amiibo three times and craft something for them each time. They will always turn down your offer to move in the first two times then on the third time you'll get an option for selecting which villager they should "negotiate" with about moving out...if you're island is full otherwise they take the empty spot.
3. Yes, the moving out villager will be in boxes immediately. The next day the plot will be empty with a sold sign and the day after that the amiibo villager will be in move in boxes and fully moved in the following day.
4. Yes, inviting them back everyday

Awesome! Thank you guys!

Also, can I simultaneously replace more than 1 villager through campers?

Say I replace one with my 1st amiibo camper. Can I replace another villager with another camper the next day?

It takes 3 days for a Amiibo villager to move in, but assuming you time travel and do the crafting requests 3 times for the desired Amiibo camper, yeah you could have them move-in and replace another villager pretty quickly.

Oh, I don’t TT. I see! Thank you :)
