Questions about an HHP facilities *Spoilers*

I just unlocked the hospital. I read that if you go see the Dr they give you an item, is it a new(2.0) item one random? Also read you can get clothes once you unlock the apparel shop, I am assuming you buy them and they are not free. Is it new 2.0 clothes or random? Also do I need to have a certain clothing rack or something to access them? Thanks and Merry Christmas!

You can find a list of hospital items here. The items depend on which answers you give to the receptionist and doctor. After that, it's ultimately random, but there are 2.0 items.

As for the apparel store, it's the same. You make a choice that selects which style of clothing will be sold, and then clothes with that style will be sold at random. There are 2.0 items, but it's not guaranteed. When you design the store, you're automatically given special mannequins that gives you access to them.
