Just by curiosity, why did I receive a message from the systme saying ''Rejected name change for Blue_Alain''

Whats this suppose to do.. Its the first time I receive that kind of message besides warning (

You have to give an admin 2000 bells before you can get a name change. You can't just get one whenever you want.
