PWP Placement help ?

Hey there. I just finally got my dream address for my new town.
I was hoping I could get opinions on path options as well as locations for police station and cafe.

My dream address is: 4400-5732-5281

Please note, my town is a work in progress and I have random flowers everywhere (I should really move them to the beach).
The only areas what are semi done are Re-Tail, the camp site and my mayors house.

ok, up next to Gabi's house or near either bridge near Frtia's house may be a good place for the cafe
probably in those big spaces on either side of the town hall are good places for the police station

I just finished my lighthouse. I want to build my Cafe, but I am unsure where to place it.
