I edited the post with the buy out its 2mil as he's quite a popular villager if I remember rightly. He's original as far as I know, he may have 1 item in his house that isn't meant to be there that he got from retail or something but his greeting and catchphrase are all original, he put on one of my shirts from Able Sisters though >.< other than that then yes he is original,

But let me explain this.

Courtky asked about a buy out,
I edited the post and PM'd her.
Over pm she said she'd buy out
Alexss79 said she'd buy out
I agreed to the first but out offer which was Courtky
Everyone assumed I agreed as she offered more than the buy out as they didn't know she's already said she'd buy out on PM's
