sometimes I just want to die and then I text my best friend and she makes me feel better. c:
 
When I feel a bit down, I usually listen to music, talk to friends, or play games. Sometimes though, if I'm having a really bad day, I just take a nap to forget about everything.
 
When I'm depressed I like to put a funny movie on, sit on the couch with a big tub of ice cream and just rub it all over myself.

I binge eat like hell when I'm upset, and since I have a pretty good metabolism it doesn't really affect my weight.

However, I also listen to either 'Still alive' or 'Want you gone' sometimes.
 
I usually just cry. That probably sounds like it makes me more miserable, but it makes me feel better to just try and let go of pain. I think of the pain as being carried away by the tears, which may be a little weird, but just go with it lol
