Like a lot of people, I have really down days..
Post below how you cheer yourself up. ;)

For myself it just depends whats going on. Usually I like to chill back and not think of the bad things going on in my life. I'll watch something on netflix or browse forums while listening to music..

Drawing and listening to music helps me. I like to doodle flowers/plants when I'm feeling anxious to take my mind off of things.

I like to go out for a walk and listen to music to calm me down, or if it's too cold I may just listen while walking around my room. It also helps me a lot if I can find a really good movie to watch, because I can get so invested in certain movies that I'll be thinking about them long after I've completed them so they keep me distracted.

I usually look at pictures of cute animals, watch stupid videos on YouTube, watch some of favourite TV shows (rewatching old An Idiot Abroad episodes always make me laugh), and of course... Dancing! I just dance around my room to music, and it just makes me feel so full of energy again. ^^

For some reason, if I really NEED to get myself laughing, the only things that work are cake fails and autocorrect fails. I don't know why. I really don't, but those do it. That and the gif of the kitten freaking out around the bowl of milk (if you've seen it, you know the one I'm talking about)

+1 to dancing, that helps if you're just angry or nervous and need to get energy out. If you're sad, legit depressed, or generally tired and lethargic it's a lot harder to make that one work, though. lol

btw OP, if you ever wanna vent, my inbox is always open. talking helps some people, and you never know until you try~

Video games and movies, mostly. Especially horror. Good horror, anyway. If it's bad horror then I end up getting annoyed and turning it off. Oh, and I'll rewatch the Honest Games trailer for Five Nights at Freddy's. Maybe I should get into reaction vids....

buying alot of chocolate and spent the rest of the day in bed talking to internet friends and watching youtube poops

Dunno if it's surprising but Eating really hits the spot when I'm feeling down in the dumps.

Listening to music, reading, drawing, watching movies, and sleeping cheers me up.
