Possible Animal Crossing x IKEA collab incoming? (Speculation)

Hello all!

IGN published this article recently, showing how the IKEA account on TikTok has been using Animal Crossing references. Nintendo and IKEA have already collaborated in the past -- so who knows! It would be interesting to see if this would lead to Animal Crossing items in real life or IKEA-themed set in New Horizons. Either way, it's pretty exciting! What do you all think?

I am definitely not against the idea of them adding more furnitures to the game. Let's hope it will become true.

I love IKEA so whether it's AC furniture in real life or IKEA furniture in-game, I would be stoked for a crossover!! Swedish Meatballs would be a cute item in AC

Also kinda funny how that article almost comes full circle back to TBT.. they link to an article from AC World

Justin actually wrote an article about this on Animal Crossing World, which I think is worth a read! I would have loved to see some IKEA furniture in the 3.0 update, and similarly, I'd love to see some Animal Crossing items at IKEA. Maybe one day.

Huh, maybe it would be fun to make an IKEA outdoors furniture market in our islands with the hypothetical colab stuff. XD
Maybe they could add IKEA plushies. <3
