How about neither? I think that kids shouldn't get cell phones until at least 13 years old. I mean, most kids don't actually start going out with their friends until that age anyway, so why give them a cell phone before they need it?

i agree with u kids shouldn't have cell phones until age 13.hehe my 4 year old bro has one but it it doesnt call people cause thers something wrong with it

it depends if you really need one....like me im getting one because I walk to alot of places with my friends and i alaways have to use my moms. But if 8 year olds have them then... but i would say 12+ unless u really need one for a reason.

People like my younger brother, do not deserve cell phones. He lets it die, misplaces it often, drops it, never carries it with him, etc. Plus, he didn't even need it.

I think that only high-schoolers should have cell phones, elementary and middle school students wouldn't even use it much.
