Pokemon Let’s Go pikachu and Let’s Go Eevee Nintendo Switch

Was very intrigued to see them actually representing the original female protagonist that became Leaf for FR/LG. It's a shame that these games are just not worth it. I hope she'll start appearing in further Pokemon games.

I hate the design of "modern Pikachu" with the ultra round head and skinny body, so I probably wouldn't even consider it. They need to bring fat Pikachu back!

I had so many toys from when Pokemon first came out. Everytime I find a fat pikachu I get so excited because it was SO CUTE! So now my 3 year old son has some "chubby pikachus" that used to be mine and loves them. I have no idea why they changed it.

I'm not getting the special Switch, nor do I really care for it. But I really want the game because it's a childhood dream come true! I will probably get it on release day... I also really want to be able to justify spending $50 on a pokeball plus, but I can't.

Can't say I am. I hate that our first Pok?mon game on the switch is a shameless Go spinoff. Though, I do hope that the Pokeball accessory works with future titles.

Last night I picked up both games. EbGames in Canada did a 9pm West launch.
Plan on playing Pikachu first.

Okay, I'm slightly disappointed in how much this seems based off of Pokemon Go as opposed to Pokemon Yellow... but maybe when I get further I'll be happier with it. I was happy to see that Pikachu is available in the wild just like in Red/Blue (it was not Yellow, so I wasn't sure) and I feel like going with Eevee has been a great choice for me!
