so recently i restarted my island and only just noticed the items i redeemed from pocket camp aren't showing up in the nook stop. so i thought okay i'll just re-download pocket camp and enter the code again, but when i do that it says the code's already been used. which makes sense -- it has -- but my question now is, is there any way to add these items back to my nook stop? i wouldn't be surprised if the answer is no, since the code is connected to my nintendo account, but i'd just be a little disappointed. has anyone else come across this issue?

If you recently restarted your island, the items may not appear yet. The instructions on this page say that you must make some progress in the game before the items will appear. So, maybe try playing for a few more days and see if the items appear in your catalog after that.

i've played 50+ in-game days so i'm not sure that's it... but i'm honestly not sure what else it could be so who knows! thanks for the reply ^_^

I’ve just tried, as I have somewhat recently created a second island using same Nintendo account, and I’m having the same issue :/
I can at least confirm you can get them, since I restarted my island and have them, but I'm no longer sure how to do so exactly. According to a comment here, you may have to redownload something from the eShop.
ETA, the code is connected to your Nintendo account, but so is your character, I assume, so that's not a problem. It's just a matter of regaining access in ACNH, everything you did up until entering the code in the eShop still counts for your new island.

Re-downloading Pocket Camp won't work because you already redeemed the code.
You'll need to re-download the extra content by going to your Nintendo profile in the E-shop.
okay so i actually figured it out this morning!! the problem was, because i transferred my island to a new switch before restarting it, i had forgotten to set the new switch as my "primary" switch. i used this guide and once i did that the items showed up! i hope this helps ^_^
