• Our 2026 Easter egg hunt has concluded and the egg locations have been revealed. Congratulations to Xara, Millysaurusrexjr, and xlisapisa for winning a Golden Easter Egg! Meanwhile, TBT's Fifth Egg Decorating Contest remains open for submissions through Thursday!

Place your random thoughts.

If I can have eight more eggs, here is what I would have:
  • Galaxy Egg
  • Stained-Glass Egg (obtained)
  • Fishbowl Egg
  • Dreamy Egg
  • Starshine Egg
  • Beach Egg
  • Spring Bloom Egg
  • Prismatic Egg
I’ll have to sacrifice one of these from my wishlist if I get the golden one. But I’m not sacrificing the Disco Ball Egg (my favorite), Stained-Glass Egg (my second favorite), or Frost Egg (my third favorite).

I’m more interested into “fancy eggs” than character eggs or other low-tier eggs.

Going further, if I could have three more glow wands, I’ll take the pumpkin one, star one, and moon one.

Back when I tried writing Simpsons fanfiction, I quickly found it was tough because the show’s been in so long, it pretty much used every kind of plot you could think of.
"Simpsons did it! Simpsons did it!"

That one episode from South Park where Butters, as Professor Chaos, tries to think of new, evil plans to destroy the world but no matter what he comes up with, his cohort tells him that Simpsons already did it, lol

If anybody is interested in seeing it, we have a signed copy of Ozzy Osbourne's book.

(came across it again while looking for Stephen King novels on our bookshelf)

The weird thing I've noticed about Mario Galaxy Movie being a sequel is that it should've been a third entry and it could've been a movie trilogy with Super Mario World movie as an actual sequel and as a means of properly introducing Yoshi to the main cast.

I've gotten used to drawing characters with only 4 fingers in hand because of the fact that I watched cartoons and the characters in most cartoons have approximately 4 fingers. I didn't notice that game characters (especially game mascots) have 5 fingers when I draw them most of the time.

I wonder if drawing cartoon characters with 4 fingers in their hands is intentional design choice to save time, energy, and budget for those animators?

I've always found the Elevator Shaft in Grunty Industries strangely cozy and ambient. It's one of my favorite places in the whole game, even though all you do is climb up to the other floors. I think it's a combination of the music, the rotating lights of different colors and the sound of Banjo climbing.

It’s also one of the easiest places where you can suffer a 1-hit kill (if you climb to the top and fall off without Fallproof cheat activated).

If you’ve not played New Leaf, I’d go with that instead (if you have a 3DS). There’s not much to Wild World, I’ve found it difficult to go back to.
I do have a 3ds, but it's in less than ideal condition, I do have a DS though. It's in my list of things to do to either get a new 3ds or fix my old one.
