iwl, she got fired from her last school too and for the same reasons. I think it's unlikely a third school will take her on after that, her temperament is not very likeable or suited to teaching (she almost ran me over with her car and gave me the stink eye for it lmao)

So I was looking at a list of common foods that used to be exotic back in the 20th century. Here are the most surprising ones:

• Pineapple – used to be a Christmas treat. Now you can basically get pineapples anywhere.
• Sushi – if you were a generation older than me, very likely would the 1985 film Breakfast Club introduce you to sushi. Now it’s a common delicacy here in America.
• Avocados – they were local to one area, now practically everywhere.
• Cheesecake – used to be for special occasions. Now they’re common.
