Place your random thoughts.

I sometimes imagine that Nintendo reads a lot of Animal Crossing fan stories and their reaction is simply this:

There’s an episode where the guy is an actor playing a Tarzan like character and the Little Dog rips off his loin cloth after the guy jumps from a cliff to swing on a vine. He then scoots over to the Dogs covering himself and starts to shout “Well wasn’t that cute BUT IT’S-!” and there’s this pineapple defying gravity and covering the guy’s nudity and the Little Dog rips off the pineapple while happily saying “Food!” And caused the guy to cover himself again with his hands in embarrassment. It’s pretty hilarious how the usual expectation was subverted.

It's important to remember that you'll get vastly different answers depending on which church you go to. Especially when it comes to ministers.

Some are much more conservative in their beliefs.

The church I occasionally attend has a minister who is much more willing to speak out against social injustices, despite the possibility of people walking out or getting angry.
I just wanted to comment on the topic of vast answers to a question(s) at a church.
I have been to a few different ones over the years. Some because they weren't a good fit, others due to them temporarily needing help, others because I was a guest/being curious, and others due to moving to new places. (Albeit, my experience is still limited as I never moved states away or even to another country).
Not all, but many churches do have a discussion time where asking questions about topics related to theology, translation, history, life application, and even social topics is not only appropriate but encouraged. This allows people of the same faith.. same church even, to share thoughts and viewpoints that aren't just from one or two people who are leading though they are there and actively participating in conversation, or even from the same political background or previous religious background.
Though this is opinion based: churches should have an opportunity for this somewhere. It may not be on thier main weekly gathering day, but it could be later in the week. And it helps keep weird bubbles/sheltering from forming.
Some churches may not have it simply because of how they are ran or their members are such a low number.. which the minister/priest/pastor whatever they are called will provide an answer a week later after taking time to reflect and write it up. Sometimes they will even give resources for you to check out further on your own.
But I also wanted to mention, sometimes a live
Christian podcast that airs online in a consistent manner can be found that have theologians and scholars and ministers talking together about a topic a caller or writer asked. Sometimes podcasts can be found with a board of a variety of denomination ministers/priests/pastors ect instead. I actually really like a podcasts because nothing is off the table and there isnt a shying away from answering a question. It is worth looking into podcasts (live if possible) just for more variance from people who had deep study. There is one I like tuning into now and then that I found really helpful and I am not even a part of their denomination. But they are willing to talk about the topics in life that people get whipped up about or are embarrassing but keep the talk focused about the realistic fact of having to live through it. And it is done live and then still available afterwards.

Part of being an adult isn’t avoiding conflict or deeming all conflict as drama. If you’re in the headspace of being a teen or young adult, it’s easy to see conflict that way because things feel so big at those ages. The next step of maturity is realizing that you can approach conflict healthily and even learn from it as you go. Just because you have unhealthy or negative reactions to conflict doesn’t mean that people who are engaged in conflict around you are coming from that same place. Own when you are the one projecting “toxicity” onto a situation. A lot of us are doing just fine.

I came across a video stating that a woman was trying to sue an aor line after refusing to give up her window seat for a crying child.

Me, who has been randomly assigned a window seat twice in four legs on my last flight:

I would’ve traded my window seat in a heartbeat for anyone with an aisle seat. I should’ve asked around, or at least made it known.

I’m beginning to wonder. Are all mobile ads advertising a freemium game 100% AI-generated? If this is true, then it sounds like nobody really likes these games.

AI communications make me feel lonely.

I honestly think so
If you're talking about those weird games that are like... saving a child from the match-girl story from falling lego blocks- and you need to dump coins or something into a hole. Or a line of people going up to a lady and then something...weird happening- like her spitting slime at them..???

Are you talking about these Playrix ads? Those ads are greedy liars with no purpose other than scamming people out of their money.

I have no idea what they're called but they gross me out when I see them

i don’t mean to drag anything into this thread but i was going to do a tbt giveaway for my join date anniversary next month but im not sure if that’s the most appropriate thing to do atm with some of the ongoing drama.

I hate that they make us hand write most of our important tests. I get why, but today I had to do two summatives back to back (technically lunch was separating them) and that was murder for my hands, especially since I spent the whole class on both. I think I at least did really well on both of them.

Alot of people don't really think too much into it unless they particularly care, but just because you are in the countryside doesn't mean you can have a garden or even animals, which is really dumb. Rules get so specific.

I feel you. I had 40 minutes to write a few page essay today and damn my hand hurts. Another thing I dislike about handwriting them is that it's frustrating when you realise you forget a sentence after writing a ton more and not having the space to fit the necessary sentence in, so the formatting/layout is horrible 😵‍💫

Drawing tablets are a lot cheaper than they used to be...'think I'mma get one soon!
you should! i couldn’t recommend getting one enough. i got mine for $70 two or three years ago and it still works amazingly.

I've been wanting to get a drawing tablet since my regular tablet is barely hanging by a thread lol, but I was worried it'd be too expensive. Now I might consider buying one after seeing your post!

I'd love to see your works if you end up getting into drawing. ('w')b

^Oh yeah, I've got a LOT of OCs I'd like to show off! Hopefully my skills are still up to par, it's been a while since I last drew(let alone on a tablet).
